From the moment of arrival, our team wants you to have a great experience. When you arrive, our host team will show you the way to the children’s area. You will go to the Central Kids registration desk where you can tell us a little bit about your family and have your child checked into class. During your first time check-in you will be asked things like what allergies your child may have, how many children are in your family, and get your contact information. Or you can fill out the pre-registration check-in form before arrival.
Next, you and your child will receive a sticker with a matching code. If for any reason we need to contact you during the service, the child’s code will be displayed on the screen. You will also be given a parent label that you will need to show during check-out to pick up your child. If you are leaving a bag with your child, please request an extra label to be placed on the bag.
Please note, for safety, we cannot let your child go with someone at pick-up who does not have the sticker.
