The vision: Disciple and train 4th-5th graders to be leaders for Christ in their home, church and schools.Pre-teens are at a very distinct stage of life where they begin to make the transition from a child to a teenager. They begin to develop their own thoughts and beliefs about their faith in God. Throughout this 9 month leadership program, pre-teens will take steps into faith ownership. They will learn leadership skills that will carry them through their teenage years into adulthood. This 9 month leadership program from October - June will include the following:

•   Learn and develop leadership concepts including hospitality,

    faithfulness, holiness, humility, thankfulness, prayer, representing

    Christ, faith in God, respect for authority and sharing God’s love.

•   Weekly bible study focused on Christian leadership.

•   Team building activities and monthly leadership challenges.

•   Weekly reflection questions to be completed throughout their week.

•   Weekend leadership retreat

•   Serving opportunities within Central Kids

•   Participation in community service projects
